Oman Minerals Trading Company has dispatched an inaugural export cargo of Omani gypsum from Salalah Port, bound for buyers across the Indian Ocean rim.
The shipment marks the first movement under OMTC's exclusive mandate to organize, market and export the Sultanate's gypsum through a single, centralized channel.
It is the work the company was established to do in 2025 — unlocking greater value from Oman's minerals and connecting them to international markets.
