Established by a decision

Oman Minerals Trading Company was established pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. (18/2025) as a subsidiary of Minerals Development Oman.

OMTC holds the exclusive right to export gypsum and chromite ores from the Sultanate of Oman — the country's dedicated trading arm for both.
